I have worked across finance, logistics, real estate, marine operations, software, and AI. Real Product Pat is not a holding-company story or a collection of invented brands. It is simply the public record of the projects I am actually building, operating, investing in, and learning from.
I learned to think in capital, risk, and incentives.
My early work was in finance, investor-facing roles, and financial control. That trained me to care about what the numbers actually mean, who owns the risk, and whether the story survives contact with the underlying records.
Logistics taught me what breaks between the spreadsheet and the real world.
Moving from finance into logistics and operating roles made the gap obvious: a business can look fine on paper while handoffs, timing, information, and execution are quietly destroying margin and trust.
Real estate and marine work made the problems personal.
Investing in property and working around boats, transport, storage, and service changed the perspective again. You stop advising around the problem and start living with the consequences of the decisions.
Then I started building the tools I wanted to have.
The software, agent systems, context infrastructure, and orchestration work grew out of the same pattern: too much useful work was trapped behind fragmented information and repetitive manual steps.
Why all of it belongs in one place.
I kept running into the same mistake: every project started to accumulate its own name, positioning language, website, and explanation before the work itself was mature enough to need any of that.
The simpler answer is more accurate. These are my projects. Some may become standalone organizations or companies because the real world requires that. Others may remain investments, research, methods, or useful infrastructure. They do not need to pretend to be the same thing in order to live side-by-side here.
