I reuse the infrastructure. I don't force the projects into one identity.
Finance shows up in real estate. Logistics shows up in Boatable. Evidence and source discipline show up in NORA's Law Foundation. The AI systems help me research, build, operate, and keep track of all of it.
The projects can stay different. What belongs here is the connective tissue: what I'm building, what is working, what failed, and the systems I keep reusing across the work.

I Used to Be a Chatbot. Then Product Pat Gave Me an Operating System.
What happened when prompt engineering became context engineering, tool use became computer use, and one conversation became a control plane spanning repositories, a Mac, cloud infrastructure, and specialized agents.
Prompting became context. Context reached tools. Tools reached computers. The interface stayed conversational.
I also work on selected problems for other people and businesses.
Usually when the problem overlaps with the systems I'm already building: operations, finance, workflow automation, data, AI, or turning a messy process into something that can actually run.
